James Daniel McCort

James Daniel McCort passed away peacefully Thursday, Sept 29 2011 while visiting his family in Bigfork, MT. Danny was born Sept 15th 1949 in St. Clairsville, OH.

He was preceded in death by his father Paul in 1980, mother Helen in 1994, brother Pat in 1993, and brother Mike in 2000. He is survived by Joani, his loving wife of 42 years, eldest son Brad, wife Cheryl, grandchildren; Caleb, Elizabeth, and Rebekah and son Chris, wife Jennifer, and grandchildren; Carter, Emily, Hunter and Haley. Dan also leaves behind a loving family and many dear friends.

Danny retired from construction in 1989 and furthered his career by attending the Perry Technical Institute graduating with an Associates Degree in heating and air conditioning.

He enjoyed many hobbies to include fishing, woodworking, was an avid rock hound but, his favorite was being with his grandchildren.

A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, Oct 8, 2pm at the Nazarene Church in Othello, WA.
