Quincy Lady Jacks drop match to Prosser
QUINCY - The Lady Mustangs kicked up their heels and soundly defeated the Lady Jacks in Quincy last Thursday, taking the match in four games, (25-22, 25-19, 22-25, 25-18).
The loss drops the Jacks record to 0-2 in the CWAC, and lands the team in a three-way tie for last place with Othello and Wapato. Prosser improved its record to 1-1
Valerie Tobin had seven kills and seven blocks, Aurorah Davis added eight kills and four blocks, Vivian Bazan dished out 12 assists and Madison Peterson finished with 14 digs and four aces.
"We came out playing hard and played more consistent ," coach Pam Young said.
Quincy travels to Grandview tonight to take on the Greyhounds.
