Royal Slope Seniors set Thursday luncheon for holiday memories

You are invited to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas memories with Royal Slope Seniors on Thursday, Dec. 1, at the Royal City Community Center.
The Royal City Community center is located at 13702 Dodson Road.
The seniors are inviting community members to share a holiday dinner and traditions at noon. The group will prepare the turkey.
Members and guests are asked to bring a potluck item that reminds them of holidays past or present. Table service and beverages will be provided.
An exchange of memories will follow the meal, and Linda Murphy will discuss the upcoming Royal School District maintenance levy. A short business meeting will follow.
The group was formed in 1980 and meets the first Thursday of each month at the community center for a potluck luncheon. If you have any questions, you may call president Beverly English at 346-9388.
