MOSES LAKE - The Big Bend Community College chapter of the National Student Nurses Association (NSNA) is holding a craft bazaar Thursday.

The bazaar is 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Big Bend ATEC building.

Big Bend clubs, faculty and staff host tables at the event selling a variety of crafts, said NSNA President Heather Leach.

There will be 22 tables, she said. The NSNA has two tables and will sell items such as quilts, candles, cards and fine chocolates, she said.

"We wanted it to be kind of a community event," said Leach. "We wanted a lot of different people to be involved in it and an opportunity for everybody to make the most of the event."

Each club keeps the money they raise at the bazaar, she said.

Some vendors have pledged to donate proceeds to the Big Bend Community College Foundation.

Money raised by the NSNA goes toward a review session for nursing students' National Council Licensure Examination, said Leach.
