Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Substantial Development) received on 10/20/11 from Grant County PUD (Contact Darrell Pock, PO Box 878, Ephrata, WA 98823, and was found to be Technically Complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of 11/15/11. PROJECT: Build a 12,500 sq. ft. addition with a maximum height of 30 ft. on the east powerhouse wall at Priest Rapids Dam to store, fabricate, assemble, and repair parts for existing power house and dam, including upcoming Turbine and Generator replacement project. The parking lot will also be expanded by 57 spaces. SHORELINE DESIGNATION: Suburban. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: WDFW Hydraulic Approval. STUDIES REQUIRED: None known at this time. LOCATION: the project site is located at Priest Rapids Dam, 29086 Hwy 243 S., Mattawa, WA. In a portion of Section 2, Township 213 N, Range 23 E, W.M., Grant County, WA. ZONING: Rural Remote. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, international Building Code, and International Fire Code.
