Marcos Hernandez Gonzalez

Marcos Hernandez "Marc" Gonzalez, 42, lifelong resident of Moses Lake passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2011 in Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee after suffering from heart disease and other illnesses. Marcos was born February 3, 1969 in Moses Lake, Washington to Rojelio C. "Roy" and Mary (Hernandez) Gonzalez.

Marc graduated from Moses Lake High School, and later married Laura Escamilla on February 27, 1999. Marc enjoyed coaching Little League, watching his nephews participate in their sports, especially spending time with his family and grandchildren and watching his beloved Dallas Cowboys.

Marc is survived by his wife Laura Gonzalez, son Jacob Gonzalez, daughter Gabby Gonzalez, stepdaughters Nini Tijerina and Alyssa Tijerina and stepson Josh Gonzalez; granddaughters Nalaia Gonzalez and Bella Santillan; his father Rojelio C. "Roy" Gonzalez; siblings Roy and Marina Gonzalez, Steve and Mona Gonzalez, Leroy and Heather Gonzalez, and Melinda Gonzalez; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and dear friends.

Marc was recently preceded in death by his grandpa Joses Hernandez, brother James H. Gonzalez and his dear mother Mary H. Gonzalez, and other family members.

A service to Celebrate Marc's life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 19, 2011 in New Beginnings Christian Center, 318 W. Northshore Dr., Moses Lake. A potluck luncheon will immediately follow the services in the fellowship hall.
