Maureen Johnson

| November 16, 2011 5:00 AM

Maureen Rae Johnson (Frary) was born July 22, 1945 to Burrell and Louise Frary in Anchorage, Alaska. She had 5 sisters: Eva Sparavalo, Elva Huges , Doreen Weitzel, Carol Greenstreet, Starr Mandrelle and a brother, Sonny Frary. She is survived by her sister Carol and two sons, Robert B. and wife Shala Johnson of Richland and Joseph T. and wife Tammy Johnson of Moses Lake. She was preceded in death by her sisters Eva, Elva, Doreen, Starr and her brother Sonny.

Maureen was married to Joseph M. Johnson on May 31, 1965, who passed away April 2011. She enjoyed antique shops and quilting. Maureen was a great friend and neighbor. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren Aaron, Micah and Daniel (Joe's sons) and Darion, Daeton and Harlym (Rob's sons). She was dearly loved by her sons and their families. She was a born again Christian and loved the Lord. We know she is rejoicing in heaven today and we all want her to know how much we love her and are happy for her new home.

Maureen passed away at Joe and Tammy's home on November 2, 2011 at 10:45 am. They loved having her with them the last couple weeks of her life. They would especially like to thank Jesus for taking care of Maureen today.

Graveside services were held Friday, November 4, 2011 in Pioneer Memorial Gardens, Moses Lake.
