LEGAL NOTICE

The Moses Lake Police Department is currently in possession of a 12 foot black aluminum boat and trailer. The trailer is not legally licensed. The boat has an old Evinrude 18 horsepower motor affixed to it. Anyone who believes that they are the legal owner of this vessel, should contact Police Specialist Robert Carpenter before December 15th, 2011. If the legal owner cannot be located, the vessel will be destroyed or sold at public auction.
