Avila first Hispanic member of Moses Lake council
Jason Avila was elected to the Moses Lake City Council position 3 seat, making him the city's first Hispanic council member and, at age 31, possibly the youngest.
Jason Avila works at his auto detailing shop on West Broadway. When he steps into position 3 next year, the 31 year old will be the first Hispanic member to sit on the Moses Lake City Council.
