Limits of ducks for Ty Mertes, Kelly and Morgan Ross, Shaun and Dave Meseberg and not pictured Shelby Ross.

MARDON RESORT - Some below 20 degree temperatures in central Eastern Washington have arrived!

With many still water small ponds icing over, waterfowl relate to the big water of Potholes Reservoir. The waterfowlers mecca - Mallards and Pintail are more plentiful now. With more corn on the Columbia Basin Project than ever the factors look great for duck and goose hunters. Remember the northern nesting counts conducted showed the highest count on waterfowl in 42 years! These counts are the criteria used by the Feds to establish limits and waterfowl hunting season.
