The State of Washington to the said defendant HERLINDA M. MARTINEZ:

You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 28th day of October , 2011, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of CitiMortgage, Inc., and Northwest Trustee Services, Inc., and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorney for CitiMortgage, Inc., and Northwest Trustee Services, Inc., at her office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. A lawsuit has been started against you in the Superior Court of Walla Walla County by CitiMortgage, Inc., and Northwest Trustee Services, Inc., for declaratory relief and to quiet title in Plaintiffs' favor in the property commonly known as 144 Center Street, Touchet, Washington 99360.
