Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider a

Preliminary Plat application from Pheasant Land Company, LLC

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD November 21, 2011 at 3:30 p.m. in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider a Preliminary Plat application from Pheasant Land Company, LLC for approximately 251.02 acres to create five (5) lots from two existing parcels in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. The subject parcels are presently vacant. Four proposed clustered lots (Lots 2, 3, 4, & 5), will range between approximately 1.49 and 2.21 acres in size, and will be used for residential purposes. Proposed Lot 1 will be approximately 233.55 acres in size, and will contain the required designated open-space area. The subject area is located near the Painted Hills area southwest of Ephrata, WA, east of the intersection of Road E NW, Painted Hills Drive NW, and Road 13.5 NW, and in a portion of Section 29, Township 21 North, Range 26 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcels #20-0667-000 & #20-0668-000).
