MOSES LAKE - Failure to yield reportedly led to a two-vehicle collision on state Route 17 north of Moses Lake.

Alicia L. Klingemann, 32, Moses Lake, was driving a 2011 Dodge Challenger from Airway Drive onto northbound SR 17 Tuesday morning when she collided in the southbound lane with a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse driven by Ezequiel Guzman Rivera, 25, Soap Lake, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Klingemann was reportedly transported to Samaritan Hospital with injuries to her left arm and shoulder.

Rivera reportedly suffered injuries to his ribs, but declined transport to the hospital.

The cause of the crash was cited as failure to yield and the Washington State Patrol anticipates charges.

Drugs or alcohol were determined to be a factor in the crash, according to the WSP.
