The City Council of the City of Royal City has set a Special Meeting to discuss 2012 Annual Budget issues to begin at 6:00 pm on November 15, 2011. The Special Meeting will be held before the regularly scheduled Council Meeting at City of Royal City Council Chambers, 445 Camelia Street, NE. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
