NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION

OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: Remove approximately 40' of existing vegetation and bulkhead along east shore of Blue Lake to create a "Beach Area" to access the Lake. The Beach area will be 30' wide. The applicant is proposing a 288 sq. ft. seasonal dock/pier. The site address of the project is 32412 NE Moore Rd. Located in S. 20, T. 24 N, R. 27 E, W.M., Grant County WA. (Parcel #16-2143-000) After a review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the Planning Department, Grant County has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment as conditioned.
