Please join me in supporting Jon Lane for Moses Lake City Council. My family first got to know Jon when he was the principal at Warden Middle School. Jon took a challenging position and helped establish a successful middle school program in a new building. Jon was very involved in the community and we were sad when he moved back to Moses Lake. We have continued to follow Jon and his success with the Moses Lake schools and with the Moses Lake City Council.

Jon has supported my small businesses and I know he represents not only those who live in the city limits but he works for all of the greater Moses Lake community. Jon works for everyone who shops, works, or owns a business in Moses Lake. He is involved in the Moses Lake Retail Task Force that is trying to help Moses Lake small businesses become more successful and working to recruit new retail stores to Moses Lake.

Jon was a good teacher, a great principal, and is now a city leader who is admired for his community service. Since he has retired from his education career, he has spent countless hours working with private and public organizations that are important to the future of Moses Lake. This past summer Gov. Gregoire appointed Jon to the Board of Trustees at Big Bend Community College. He continues to serve and lead, helping the college fulfill its critical role in the future of Moses Lake.

Moses Lake voters have a clear choice. Jon Lane has the time, the experience and the commitment to serve the citizens of Moses Lake. I encourage you to vote for Jon Lane, Moses Lake City Council, for the future of Moses Lake.
