Our dad, Jon Lane, is running for city council and we would like to express our support for his re-election.

Dad's reason for once again running for city council is to continue to make Moses Lake the best community possible. He has no special interests; he just wants the greatest quality of life for all residents. Working tirelessly with various groups to build strong relationships that benefit the city is a passion of Dad's. He believes in a healthy business community for both established and new business, within the city's legal guidelines. Safety is another priority and Dad wants all residents to feel safe when they go for a walk or leave their vehicle in a parking lot to shop. He wants to make sure when you need emergency services, they are there in a timely manner. Our Dad knows consensus is difficult, if not impossible, to reach all the time. He also knows that if he does his homework and listens to the community, his decision will benefit the greatest number of citizens.

Jon Lane is well-respected, a man of integrity and a great representative of Moses Lake. In this sometimes crazy world, where there are so many unknowns in the economy and bigger politics, it is a comfort to know that he is representing his neighbors and keeping Moses Lake a strong and thriving community.

Growing up, Dad taught us many things. He gave us a firm foundation of love, family, faith, respect, work ethic, education and community. From those core values we have gone on to make good choices and be successful. We encourage you to make a good choice when you vote, and vote for our Dad, Jon Lane.
