NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD November 14, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Minor Zone Change application from Vic Jansen of approximately 3.70 acres from Agriculture to Rural Heavy Industrial, in order to make the Zoning District of the subject area consistent with the Comprehensive Plan Land-Use Designation, which was changed as part of the 2007 Comprehensive Plan amendment process. The subject area is located approx 1/2 mile east of Rd N on the north side of Road 3, and is located in Section 16, Township 19 North, Range 29 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcels #19-0473-000 & 19-0471-000).
