NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD November 14, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing

Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a budget extension request for the following Grant County funds:

1. Strategic Infrastructure Project (SIP) #2011-05, Airport District #1 (Desert Aire), EMS Heli-Stop Pad and Transient Aircraft Parking April. From the Economic Enhancement Strategic Infrastructure Ending Fund Balance (113155-00-0000-508000000): $28,700 in the form of a grant to 113155-00-9969-546900000; and

2. Strategic Infrastructure Project (SIP) #2011-06, Grant County Port District #1 (Quincy), Industrial Park No. 6, Street & Infrastructure Improvements. From the Economic Enhancement Strategic Infrastructure Ending Fund Balance (113155-00-0000-508000000): $100,000 in the form of a grant to 113155-00-9967-543700000 and $50,000 in the form of a loan to 113000-00-0000-163260000.
