THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WARDEN HAS ADOPTED AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE CIVIL INFRACTION PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE NUISANCE CHAPTER OF THE WARDEN MUNICIPAL CODE.
