LEGAL NOTICE

An election for a board seat on the Moses Lake Conservation District will be held on February 21, 2012 at the JR Newhouse, 528 W. Broadway, Moses Lake, WA 98837. Polls will be open at 1:00 PM and close at 5:00 PM. Registered voters who reside within the Conservation District boundary are eligible to vote. Candidates must be registered voters residing in the conservation district, and may be required to own land or operate a farm. Elections procedures are available at the district office. Absentee ballots are available upon request for eligible voters, but must be requested on or before 5:00 PM on January 16, 2012. Please contact the District office at 528 W. Broadway, Moses Lake, WA 98837 for absentee ballots or if you have any questions. If you are interested by serving on the Board of Supervisors please call the office for more information. The candidate filing deadline is January 16, 2012 at 5:00 PM.
