Phelps, Longwill win May 18 men's day

CRESCENT BAR - George Phelps and Rich Longwill teamed up to score 128 and win division 1 of the May 18 men's day competition at the Crescent Bar Golf  Course.

There were 19 players in the two-man gross score competition. There were team closest-to-the-pin (KP) contests on holes 3/12 and 5/14.

There was a tie for low gross of the field. Frank Laine and Chuck Motzkus won the second division with 128.

The KP winners were Phelps-Longwill on holes 3/12 and Jerry Riddle-Jack Quealey on holes 5/14.
