PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Resolution

2011-034-CC Findings and Determination for Order of Sale that Grant

County will sell at Public Auction for cash, Wednesday, on the 1st

day of June, 2011, to dispose of county real property declared

surplus on May 3, 2011, and more

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Resolution 2011-034-CC Findings and Determination for Order of Sale that Grant County will sell at Public Auction for cash, Wednesday, on the 1st day of June, 2011, commencing at 2:00 PM, in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, located at 35 C Street NW, Ephrata, Washington, to dispose of county real property declared surplus on May 3, 2011, and more particularly described as follows:

A 60 foot wide strip of land 30 feet on either sides of the following described centerline:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 17, Township 20 North, Range 23 E.W.M., Grant County, Washington; thence S 89º38’00” E, 1293.72 feet along the South line of said Section 17 to the True Point of Beginning; thence N 14º19’56” W, 76.02 feet; thence Northerly along a 250 foot radius curve to the right, 67.12 feet (whose chord bears N 06º38’28” W, 66.92 feet); thence N 01º03’00” E a distance of 1158.95 feet to the Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 17, and the point of beginning.

Parcel 21-1896-003 Minimum Bid starts at $1,800.00 .
