Place SW, cul-de-sac on Lots 9 & 10

Blk 1 Sunland Estates

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, has received a petition to vacate portions of certain County road right-of-way described as follows:

Legal Description: That portion of County Road and Right-of-Way known as

A portion of South Section Place SW, shown as a 30 foot half cul-de-sac on the Sunland Estates Div. No. 3 Plat, Lots 9 and 10 of Block 1, and otherwise excluding the 40 foot right-of-way and road.

AND as shown on Attached Exhibit A

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be given to vacating portions of certain County roads and right-of-way and directs the County Road Engineer to prepare a report on the vacation and abandonment.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing on the report and other related matters shall be held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, located in the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2PM, on Tuesday, the 21st day of June, 2011.
