MOSES LAKE - A 1995 concrete mixer truck went through a cable barrier on Interstate 90, over a steep embankment and rolled into standing water.

Arthur W. Moat III, 46, Moses Lake, was driving the truck eastbound on I-90 when the left front tire blew, sending the vehicle out of control on Wednesday, according to the Washington State Patrol.

The truck went through the cable barrier in the median, over an embankment and rolled. It landed on it's top, partially submerged in standing water, according to the state patrol.

Moat was transported to Samaritan Hospital to treatment of reported cuts and bruises.

He was wearing his seat belt.
