The Moses Lake City Council is not protecting the public at events. People who have dogs should not take them to events. Most of us do not have dogs, and do not want to be around your dogs. Is the city council going to wait until a child is bitten before acting on a dog ban at events? The city council is not working for the majority of the public. A dog is not a child, it is a pet.
