Bruce Loren Minnis

Bruce Loren Minnis born Jan. 17th, 1965 to Dale and Valerie Minnis in Lynnwood, WA. passed away May 11th, 2011 in Moses Lake WA.

He is survived by wife Mary Minnis of Moses Lake; mother, Valerie Huff (Macdonald) of Moses Lake, brothers; Gordon Minnis, Gary Minnis of Moses Lake, children; Cody Minnis, Cameron Minnis, Christen Baldwin, Lacie Baldwin, Derek Horssall, Brandon Hobart of Tri-Cities WA. Jessica Clark, Anthony Chavez, Christopher Chavez of Moses Lake. Grandchildren; John Clark, James Clark, of Moses Lake, Shyanne Baldwin of Tri-Cities. 

Father, Dale Minnis, brother Keith Minnis, sister Barbra Ann, grandmother Mabel Macdonald, aunt Jean Middleton, preceded him in death.

Bruce loved fishing with his brother Gary special best friend Jim Randall whom he considered a brother. He enjoyed joking around especially with his mother. He loved to make her laugh, especially with his story of how he was born. He enjoyed the outdoors, working in the yard and on vehicles. And always willing to help others. He loved spending time with his grandsons, he was known as papa to them. He loved telling stories even when he first met people. He mainly worked in manufacturing up until he was disabled.

He loved his childhood friends whom he kept in touch with, Cip, Tracey, Rhett, and numerous others. He loved to tell stories about all of them. He considered them his brothers.

He married his wife in Mountain Home AR. on April 27th, 2001. He loved his wife dearly, always trying to make her laugh or smile, leaving special notes.

Services were held in Moses Lake, Sat. May 14th, 2011. 

You will be dearly missed and loved by family and friends. May you rest in peace.
