Kyle S. consecutive rounds of 75

ROYAL CITY - Just in time for the post-season, Royal High golfer Kyle Spartveit has elevated his game, posting 75 in his last two outings.

The first 75 came on May 4 at Royal City Golf Course against LaSalle. The second came against Highland and Cle Elum on May 9 at Suntides Golf Course in Yakima.

The rest of the boys scoring on the 4th was 101 for Cody Janett, 102 for Hank Ellis and 116 for Clifford Lestor.

The girls scoring that day was 140 for Samantha Solis and Erin Wieldraayer and 155 for Sadie Ball.

The additional boys scoring on the 9th was 97 for Janett, 106 for Ellis and 107 for Lestor.

The girls scoring that day included a mistake that kept Tori Solis from being the medalist. She signed her card with a 7 on a hole on which she made birdie 3. Her official 109 missed tying for medalist honors at 105.

The scoring for the other three girls was 131 for Ball, 138 for Samantha Solis and 141 for Wieldraayer.
