Grant County Court House is accepting bids for the re-roofing of two buildings located at 35 C St. N.W. in Ephrata, WA. Known as the Annex and L.J.B. buildings. _ “HD poli-iso board installed over asphalt roof (single layer). 60 mil TPO membrane installed per manufacture specification and include a 10 year warranty. All penetrations, walls, and A/C units flashed. Walkways installed where needed. All work will be performed after hours and on weekends. Scissor lift or equipment to give workers access to roofs is required. Prevailing wage applies and winning bidder is responsible for all fees and permits. The winning bidder must file intent to pay prevailing wage. Bid’s must include W.S.S.T., bids will be accepted until May 25th, 2011 with bid opening at 2 pm in the B.O.C.C. office in Ephrata, WA.
