Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project:

  Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: The operation of an Automotive Wrecking & Salvage Yard and Recycling Center on a 3.96-acre parcel in the Urban Heavy Industrial zoning district of Grant County. The subject known as Lot 2 of the Walker Industrial Short Plat, Replat No. 1. The site is located approximately 1 1/2 miles east of Moses Lake, WA, and approximately 1/2 mile west of the intersection of Interstate 90 and Road N NE, and in the NE quarter of Section 32, Township 19 North, Range 29 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #31-2144-000). After a review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the Planning Department, Grant County has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment as conditioned.
