MOSES LAKE - Moses Lake's Baby Naturally Store recently moved from its downtown location on Third Avenue to the Web, at babynaturallyonline.com.

The move was because of a "really rough last year," said the business's owner and mother of four children, Danette Preston.

"Finally, my heart was really telling me to be closer to home," she said. "I wanted more time for family. I am just gone so much and they're just growing so fast. I figure I can do the career thing when they're grown up."

Online, the business still offers toys, gifts and breast pumps, parts and accessories, she explained.

She continues to make diaper cakes, but the business quit carrying clothes.

Preston enjoys working from her home on a part-time basis.

"It's nice to walk away and do a load of laundry and come back," she commented.

She is working with new suppliers, adding different toys, games and personal care items she didn't offer previously.

Customers have the option for local pickup or local delivery, preventing delivery charges.

Before she left her storefront, Preston told customers she was moving to "online only" and about a new children's store coming into that location, Bella Boo & Livi Lous, owned by Todd and Emily Leavitt of Moses Lake.

The store could open around April 1, said Todd Leavitt.

He is also the owner of Miller's Jewelers in downtown Moses Lake.

The Leavitts' new business sells children's clothing and toys, for infants to age 7.
