NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Guardian will apply to the Court for confirmation of the sale of the following described real estate:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lots 6 and 7, Block 1 George Pruitt's Addition to Soap Lake, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, page(s) 90, records of Grant County, Washington.
TOGETHER WITH The South Five feet of vacated 5th Avenue SE, adjacent to said property, vacated by County Ordinance NO. 394, which attached by operation of law. Commonly known as: 223 5th Avenue SE, Soap Lake, Washington 98851.
The Return on Sale of Real Estate by Negotiated Sales sets forth a cash purchase price of $48,555.00. RCW 11.56.110 provides that any increased bids must be ten percent (10%) higher than the above amount, must be filed with the Court, and must be accompanied by a deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the bid amount in the form of cash, money order, cashier's check or certified check. This increased bid must be filed with the Court and the funds deposited with the Clerk of the Court on or before April 11, 2011. Any such bidder should review the additional requirements of RCW 11.56.110, not contained herein. The sale will be presented to the Court for confirmation on April 15, 2011.
