IN THE MATTER OF VACATING

A CERTAIN COUNTY ROAD KNOWN

AS 4-SW in SW 1/4 Section 23 and NW 1/4     NOTICE OF HEARING

of Section 26 T18N R23E. W.M; and T-

SW in NW 1/4 of Section 26 T18N R23E. W.M.

    WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, has received a petition to vacate portions of certain County Road described as follows:

Legal description:      That portion of County Road and Right-of-Way known as 4-SW in the SW 1/4 in Section 23 and Section 26 of T18N R23E. W.M; AND that portion of County Road and Right-of-Way known as T-SW in NW 1/4 in Section 26 of T18N R23E. W.M.

AND as shown on Attached Exhibit A.

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be given to vacating portions of certain County roads and rights-of-way and directs the County Road Engineer to prepare a report on the vacation and abandonment.

    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing on the report and other related matters shall be held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, located in the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2:10PM,

on Tuesday, the 5th _ day of April, 2011.
