PROJECT: The applicant is proposing to expand a mini-storage facility. The applicant is proposing to add four (4) additional buildings totaling 12,240 sq. ft. LOCATION: The project site is located at 200 Orchard Ave, Ephrata, WA. Located in a portion of S. 22, T. 21 N., R. 26 E., W.M., Grant County, WA. (Parcel #31-3109-000) ZONING: UC2 PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with the Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
