Notice is hereby given that a Discretionary Use Application and  SEPA Checklist were received on 2/22/11 from David Spencer, PO Box 187, Ephrata, WA 98823; and was found to be technically complete on 3/18/11.  PROJECT:  The applicant is proposing to expand a mini-storage facility.  The applicant is proposing to add four (4) additional buildings totaling 12,240 sq. ft.  LOCATION:  The project site is located at 200 Orchard Ave, Ephrata, WA.  Located in a portion of S. 22, T. 21 N., R. 26 E., W.M., Grant County, WA.
