in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse,

Ephrata, WA regarding an application from Kent and Heidi Gephart

for a Reasonable Use Exception to allow the development of a

single-family dwelling on a 2.61-acre parcel in the Agricultural

(AG) Zone of Grant County.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD April 5, 2011 at 11:00 am

in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding an application from Kent and Heidi Gephart for a Reasonable Use Exception to allow the development of a single-family dwelling on a 2.61-acre parcel in the Agricultural (AG) Zone of Grant County. The existing parcel does not meet the current density requirements of the AG Zone, 1 dwelling unit per 40 acres. The property location north of Mae Valley Road, west of Road E and east of Road D and is in a portion of S 23, T 19 N, R 27 E, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #21-1324-002). Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
