NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD April 4, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider an Ordinance adding Ch. 11 to the Grant County Code titled "Operation of Golf Carts". This ordinance would create golf cart zones, subject to conditions and restrictions, for the purpose of permitting the incidental operation of golf carts, upon public streets and/or roads located within the County. The following areas have requested to be included in the Golf Cart Zone:
