The City of George will receive sealed bids for (1) 40-45 horsepower four wheel drive tractor with hydrostatic transmission, quick attachment front end loader, and three point 6 foot brush hog. This package will be purchased as a single unit, not individually.

The tractor will be purchased on a lease/purchase option on a 48 month lease contract with the first payment due on delivery. There will be no penalty for early payoff.

Sealed bids will be received by the undersigned at City of George City Hall, 102 Richmond Ave., George Washington 98824 up to 9am PST on Monday March 25, 2011. Bids will be opened 7:30pm March 29, 2011. City of George reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
