PROJECT: Vacation of the 10-ft utility easement centered 5-ft on each side of the common property line between Lots 1 and 2 of the Johnson Re-Plat. SEPA: Exempt. ZONING: Urban Residential 2. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: Utility Locate. LOCATION: The subject address is 243 SE Viewmont Drive, Moses Lake, WA 98837 (Parcels #12-0293-181), all of Lot 1 of Pelican Point Addition #5 lying in the northwest quarter of Section 03, Township 18 N, Range 28 E, WM, Grant County.
