ADDITIONAL PERMITS: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: Utility Locate. LOCATION: The subject address is 243 SE Viewmont Drive, Moses Lake, WA 98837 (Parcels #12-0293-181), all of Lot 1 of Pelican Point Addition #5 lying in the northwest quarter of Section 03, Township 18 N, Range 28 E, WM, Grant County.
