NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Public Utility District No.

2 of Grant County at Beverly, Washington until 1:00 P.M. on April

12, 2011 for the Priest Rapids Dam Fish Bypass Project as more

fully described in Contract Documents 230-3172.

Sealed bids will be received by the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County at Beverly, Washington until 1:00 P.M. on April 12, 2011 for the Priest Rapids Dam Fish Bypass Project as more fully described in Contract Documents 230-3172.

NOTE: A mandatory site inspection for all prospective Bidders is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. March 24, 2011 beginning at the Hydro Engineering Department 15655 Wanapum Village Lane SW, Beverly, Washington 99321. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has established regulations for the protection of sensitive plans, drawings and records defined as critical energy infrastructure information (CEII) and/or Critical Cyber Asset Information (CIP Protected Information). In accordance with the FERC regulations, and using them as guidance, the District has identified and designated certain information as CEII and/or CIP Protected Information (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Confidential Information). Because of the sensitive

nature of such information included in the Contract Documents, only those bidders who execute the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) attached to the Contract Documents, Exhibit "M" and are approved by the District shall be provided Confidential Information and be permitted access to secure areas as part of the mandatory site visit. The deadline for submitting this information is March 23, 2011 before 9:00 a.m.

Arrangements will be made by the District to allow qualified prospective Bidders access to the site for the purpose of making preliminary inspections. Availability of and access to the site is otherwise limited; therefore the Bidders are advised to plan their inspections and preliminary measurements for the date specified above.

On the above date, the Bids will be opened and read aloud at the District's Office located at 15655 Wanapum Village Lane SW, Beverly, Washington 99321. All bids shall be subject to and shall comply with the "Instructions to Bidders" contained in the Contract Documents, copies of which are available at our E-bid site www.ebidexchange.com/gcpud. When reaching this site you will need to register as a new vendor if you are not already on our electronic vendor system.
