NOTICE OF INTENT

Rich Finger (WDFW), 1550 Alder Street NW, Ephrata, WA 98823 is

seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's

Construction Stormwater General Permit.

Rich Finger (WDFW), 1550 Alder Street NW, Ephrata, WA 98823 is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater General Permit.

The proposed project, Mansfield Pond Habitat Enhancement is located approximately 2.75 miles west of junction of Stratford Rd and Rd 15 NE. T21 R28 S17 and S20  in Stratford, in Grant County.

This project involves 6 acres of soil disturbance for habitat enhancement construction activities.

(List all construction activities, for example, residential, commercial, industrial, highway, utility).

Stormwater will be discharged to Crab Creek.

Any persons desiring to present their views to the Department of Ecology regarding this application, or interested in the Department's action on this application, may notify Ecology in writing within 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
