Man exposes himself to pregnant woman

QUINCY - Police arrested a Quincy man Wednesday for exposing himself to a pregnant woman after breaking into her home.

Twenty-nine-year-old Jose A. Avilla was arrested for burglary with sexual motivation, according to Quincy police.

Avilla allegedly entered the victim's home on H Street Southeast at roughly 9:10 p.m. The 19-year-old victim did not know the suspect, said Sgt. Dan Dopps.

"The suspect allegedly exposed himself, stimulated himself and began touching the pregnant woman," a Quincy policy spokesperson stated. "The woman reportedly slapped the suspect's hand away, told him to leave and called 9-1-1."

Police searched the area around the home, locating the suspect.
