Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist was received on 12/28/10 from James Voss (Contact: Chris Smeenk, PO Box 972, Sunnyside, WA 98944); and was found to be technically complete on 2/24/11. PROJECT: The applicant is proposing to construct a Free Stall Dairy Barn on an 80 acre parcel. The barn will be approximately 108' x 326' (35,208 sq. ft.). LOCATION: The project site is located on Rd. 15 NE approximately 3/4 of a mile from Stratford Rd. NE. Located in a portion of S. 22, T. 21 N., R. 28 E., W.M., Grant County, WA. (Parcel #19-0182-000) ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with the Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
