(DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter

197-11 WAC) for the following project:

The City of Warden issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: Application for Coverage under the General Permit for Biosolids Management. The Biosolids application details how the City will land apply Class B biosolids at existing permitted beneficial use facilities. After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, City of Warden has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. Copies of the DNS are available at no charge from the City of Warden 201 South Ash Avenue Warden, WA 98857. The public is invited to comment on this DNS by submitting written comments no later than March 18th, 2011 to the City of Warden at the above address.
