TK Holdings has applied for renewal of its State Waste Discharge Permit (SWDP) in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 90.48 Revised Code of Washington (RCW), Chapter 173-216 Washington Administrative Code (WAC).

TK Holdings presently owns and operates a plant that manufacturers automotive parts, primarily automotive airbag systems that discharges process wastewater which is captured and shipped offsite for treatment and disposal, the sanitary wastewater is discharged to the City of Moses Lake Larson Treatment Plant.  The process wastewater, following treatment, must meet the requirements of the Washington State Water Pollution Control Act and applicable regulations for a permit to be issued.

The Department of Ecology is proposing to renew the permit and is hereby issuing public notice of its intent.  Interested persons are invited to submit their name, address, and comments regarding this permit to:
