MOSES LAKE -The Moses Lake Police Department is requesting assistance in locating Robert B. Scanlan.

The 25-year-old was last seen Friday and reported missing on Sunday, according to his mother Sieglinde Mueller.

Scanlan attended the Battle of the Bands in the Vista Village Shopping Center parking lot in Moses Lake, she stated.

"He was later seen at the Sandbar in the company of a girl who was celebrating her birthday. They then tried to enter The Saucy Hog and Broadway Bar & Grill but were refused entry at both places because they were too intoxicated," Mueller stated. "According to the girl, Cassie Gies, Bobby went off on his own walking after being refused entry to Broadway Bar & Grill."

He was wearing a black and white Mountain Dew hat, blue jeans and white shoes.

Scanlan occasionally suffers from seizures and is described as a white male, approximately six feet tall and weighing 145 pounds. He has a tattoo "Joker" on his right shoulder and is known to wear earrings as well as tongue rings, according to the police.

"He hasn't been seen or heard from since then," stated his mother.

She has posted information about Scanlan on Facebook with friends and family in hope of someone helping to locate him.

Anyone with information regarding this individual's whereabouts is encouraged to call the Moses Lake Police Department at 509-764-3887 or the dispatch center at 509-762-1160.
