Local grateful for community support

Thank you to the community of Royal City for all your thoughts, prayers and generous support in these trying times for me and my family.

Thank you to all who helped the fund-raising spaghetti dinner become a success. You went above and beyond the goal that was set, and that means so much to me and my family.

And a special thank you to Angie Smith and Susie Littlewood for organizing a dinner. I will never forget all that you've done for me and my family.

The one thing I have learned from this struggle with cancer is just how blessed I am.
