Grant County Courthouse is accepting bids for the removal of two houses, seven trees, small scrubs, and sod. Ground to be brought to curb grade for future lot paving, Sewer lines to be capped, back fill and gravel where needed. All fees, permits, and prevailing wage apply. Bid closes on July 18th, 2011. Bids will be opened on July 20th at 3:30 PM in the B.O.C.C. office. Sealed bids may be sent to Grant County Courthouse ATTN: B.O.C.C. House removal bid P.O. box 37 Ephrata, WA 98823.
