Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of

Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act

Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project:

Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: A Conditional Use Permit to enable the construction of a Mini-Storage Park facility on a 3.75-acre site in the Rural Community zoning district of Grant County. The site address of the subject area is 9967 Road W.8 NW, Quincy, WA, located near the intersection of State Highway 28 and Crescent Bar Road NW, and in the NW quarter of Section 18, Township 20 North, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcels #05-0886-000 & #05-0894-000).

After a review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the Planning Department, Grant County has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment as conditioned.
