LOCATION: The subject address is 329 W Buttercup Lane, Mattawa, WA 99349 (Parcel #02-0120-000 & 02-0121-000), all of Lot 95 & 96 of Desert Aire No 1 Plat lying in a portion of Section 23, Township 14 N, Range 23 E, WM, Grant County.
